Leap partnered with the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce and the Kingston Restoration Company to mobilise the business community and drive lasting transformation in Downtown Kingston.
Overview
Downtown Kingston has long been the heart of commerce and culture. But challenges related to cleanliness, safety and coordination impacted business performance and public confidence.
Leap was engaged to support a collaborative response that brought businesses from discussion to action—creating the conditions for a cleaner, safer and more welcoming city centre for everyone.

Led business engagement and designed the Keep It Clean Initiative to catalyse action and accountability.
