Our approach
We shaped the programme model, set up its governance and delivery structures, supported deep community engagement, and coordinated across government, private sector, and civil society.
Co-created with communities
We listened first- embedding local insights at the heart of the programme
Connected stakeholders
We coordinated across sectors to build alignment and shared ownership
Built for sustainability
We established systems and structures that promote accountability and long-term impact.
Our outcome
“A community informed model that places residents at the centre of the work, with the structures in place to keep it grounded and accountable.”
