Project STAR is a national community transformation and violence prevention programme led by the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica and the Jamaica Constabulary Force.
Leap supported the design of the programme model, established governance structures, facilitated community engagement to ensure sustainable, community-led impact

We shaped the programme model, set up its governance and delivery structures, supported deep community engagement, and coordinated across government, private sector, and civil society.
